If something isn't right, you may return it under the following terms:

Return Window
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, consistent with the age, wear, and characteristics disclosed at the time of sale. Any pre-existing wear, patina, or imperfections noted in the listing are not grounds for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of items damaged on arrival (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Return Packaging Requirements
Items must be packaged securely enough to prevent damage in transit, using padding, crating, or materials comparable to how the item was originally shipped. If a returned item arrives damaged and the outer packaging shows no signs of damage, no refund will be issued.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of both the item and the original shipping packaging. We will either cover return shipping or ask you to dispose of the item, and issue a refund once the claim is verified.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
